Direct billing available to Manitoba Blue Cross, Canada life, Chamber of Commerce, And RCMP

All other insurance companies I can either print off a receipt for you or email you the receipt 

If booking online in the Notes section please give me your insurance numbers and your full birthday as this will help me get ready to direct bill for you

When booking online I will get a request from you and then you will receive a confirmation email or text

if you don’t receive one please text me or email  me to double check if you have an appointment

You will also receive a reminder email or text 24 hours in advance so you have time to cancel your appointment without getting charged. 

Failure to get a hold of me 24 hours in advance will result in me charging you the full price as I work on commission and I do not get paid for your missed appointment.
